A comprehensive visual inspection and walk-through will be performed before any services are to be performed on your vehicle. All visible damage will be documented and photographed before you sign the service agreement. Your vehicle may be subject to additional charges due to the size or condition, and this will be discussed with you at the time of drop-off. We cannot gaurantee 100% removal of pet hair, heavy stains, strong odor, defects, or contaminants – we get as close as humanly possible.
Social Media Disclaimer
Before and after photos/videos are taken of every vehicle for our public website and other social media applications. Customer reactions videos are recorded with prior consent. Your vehicle may appear in a youtube video. Please notify us in advance if you wish not to have your vehicle or likeness featured on any of our social media platforms or websites.
Appointment Policy
Inspire Detailing LLC requires a credit card on file for all bookings to ensure appointments are guaranteed. Your credit card will not be charged for any work done until the completion of your service when you pick up your vehicle. In the event there is a violation of our Appointment Cancellation Policy, your credit card will be charged in accordance to the terms set forth in the Appointment Cancellation Policy.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Inspire Detailing LLC understands that sometimes there are events out of your control that can cause you to miss your appointments such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or other personal matters. If you are unable to keep your originally scheduled appointment, we require at least 48 hours advance notice. No call – no shows and late cancellations will result in an automatic non-refundable charge of 25% of the total amount of services scheduled. If you have multiple cancelled appointments, your next booking will need to be prepaid in full via credit card or cash.
