Appointment Policy
To reserve your time and ensure your appointment is guaranteed, Inspire Detailing LLC requires all customers to have a credit card on file at the time of booking. Your credit card will not be charged until the completion of services scheduled when you pick up your vehicle. However, in the event there is a violation of our Cancellation Policy, your credit card will be charged in accordance with the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy
Inspire Detailing LLC is fully aware and understands that emergencies or inclement weather happen. If you are unable to hold your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no call-no shows will result in an automatic non-refundable charge of 25% of the total amount of services booked. If there are multiple instances of this your next service will need to be prepaid in full.
Detail Disclaimer
A thorough walk-through and visual inspection will be conducted prior to any work being performed on your vehicle. You are more than welcome and encouraged to be there for this process. All visible damage will be documented and photographed before signing the service order. If additional charges will apply to service your vehicle due to the size, severity, or condition of your vehicle you will be made aware of this increase after the inspection is complete. We DO NOT guarantee or promise 100% removal of all defects from any surface. Nor do we guarantee 100% removal of all stains, hair, smells, or other contaminants.
Social Media/Advertising Disclaimer
Our company frequently uses social media such as Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram. Videos, before and after pictures, and information may be shared on our website or those outlets because we love to show off our work. Please notify us in advance if you wish to not have your vehicle displayed for any reason.
Insurance Disclaimer
Inspire Detailing is fully insured to perform all services on your vehicle. We can also pick up and drop off your vehicle if need be. Storage at our facility is also covered. Rest assured your vehicle is in good hands.
